MCDONALDS EMPLOYEE WHO SPIT IN CUSTOMER'S DRINK IN SIMPSONVILLE DUE IN COURT ON THURSDAY, FACES 20 YEARS

A former McDonald's employee is due in court Thursday to face a felony food tampering charge. In April, Greenville County Sheriff's Deputies arrested 19-year-old Marvin Washington.
They said he spit in two cups of tea that were given to customers in Simpsonville who complained that the drinks weren't sweetened. His preliminary hearing is set for 3:00 p.m. If convicted, Washington faces 20 years in prison.
