EMILY MAYNARD WILL PUT CHARLOTTE NC IN THE NATIONAL SPOTLIGHT AS SHE STARS IN ABC'S "THE BACHELORETTE" WHICH WAS FILMED IN CHARLOTTE

Charlotte will be in the national spotlight Monday night with the debut of ABC’s “The Bachelorette.” Charlotte native Emily Maynard is a single mom who was engaged to NASCAR driver Ricky Hendrick when he died in a plane crash. This season of “The Bachelorette” was filmed in Charlotte at a home off Marvin Road in Ballantyne. You can watch the "Bachelorette" tonight at 9:30pm on ABC.
